Business Process Delivery professionals execute repeatable core business processes and/or technical transactions with a focus on efficiency, first-time quality and overall continuous process improvement.
The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for the following:
Supporting process from contraction creation through contract processing, including facilitating deal through approvals and signatory requirements
Supporting activities related to customer billing and invoicing
Related reporting activities to support the end-to-end processes around contract creation and billing activities
Supporting quality assurance auditing process
Understanding end-to-end process, associated tools usage and remain current on changes and updates related to the process and tools
- Associates Degree, or, 1 year of experience in customer service
Work experience managing a process workflow
Experience working in a team environment
Fundamental technical know-how on system trouble shooting
Client and customer facing and handling experience
Proficient in metrics and reporting
Incident management experience; preferably in electronic and hi-tech industry
Proficient in MS Office including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral (English)
Good interpersonal skills
Good people management skills and feedback giving skills
Self-motivated and capability to motivate teams and colleagues
Capable to take initiatives; team player
Capable to do training with customers
