Current Need

Position Description

  • Assist DC Inventory Manager with inventory reports and projects

  • Assist Receiving Department with purchase order discrepancies and miss-shipped product

  • Extensive contact with customers to assist with stock status, stock adjustments, order entries, etc.

  • Order product as directed, process receiving records and special orders

  • Process manufacturers’ direct billing for returns, damages and recall product

  • Handle all inquiries from AP Trade regarding PO discrepancies

  • Handle all FDA Recall required documentation

  • Ship/Receive Clinical Trials

  • Process Share Point material changes

  • Process DSCSA requests

  • Review reports to adjust and investigate in-stock omits

  • Prompt and accurate filing of all documents

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Ability to extract, prepare and prioritize data

  • Word-processing and spreadsheet computer skills

  • Flexible in work schedule and assignments

  • 10-key accuracy

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint

  • Knowledge of basic AS400/Acumax system

  • Ability to learn other business systems including SAP

Minimum Requirements

2 years inventory experience

Working knowledge of inventory control practices and procedures; strong writing and MS-Office skills


HS Diploma or Equivalent

Ability to perform lifting (weight varies based on product)
