The State NetSolutions Consultantis responsible for front line Customer Support by working with our client’s government relations or compliance teams to achieve their business goals. Our Customers would view the Solutions Consultant as someone who could help them solve key business problems, serving as a trusted advisor or business partner. Works in a teaming environment and in conjunction with Client Manager to retain and grow revenue in account base. As theSolutions Consultantyour key roles and responsibilities will include: 1. Front line customer support for State Net products and is responsible for reactive/incoming inquires as well as proactive outreach and trainings.2. Coordinate with Client Manager to execute customer business reviews with clients on a regular basis.3. Understand, analyze and capture unique client information.4. Identify upsell opportunities for Client Manager5. Responsible for ensuring account by account Usage Plan is created and monitors active use of the State Net product in conjunction with assigned Client Manager and check, adjust, change the course, outlined in the workflow diagram.6. Proactively provides customer and product feedback to other parts of the organization, specifically, issues related to product performance and product gaps.7. Help clients navigate the Legislative and Regulatory process8. Understand the clients organization to identify and understand solutions/product requirements.9. Utilize deep understanding of the State Net value proposition as compared to competitors to differentiate State Net.10. Conduct online trainings, webinars and over the phone trainings.11. Travel to train clients12. Ability to demo/train on State Net including all product delivery options.13. Utilizes all required processes, tools, systems, sales metrics and reporting tools.14. Meet or exceed sales goals and key objectives.15. Qualifications: 1. BA/BS or equivalent work experience.2. 2 years demonstrated successful customer service or sales experience, preferably with complex solutions.3. Experience in Legislative and Regulatory processes preferred4. Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment and across the organization matrix to achieve group and organizational goals.5. Understand and manage matrix relationships in the LN organization as well as relationships in other organizations/firms. Includes the ability to identify real decision makers and key influencers, and to predict how new events or situations will affect individuals and groups within an organization.6. Ability to build strong relationships with others to establish a network of relationships.7. Strong business acumen to understand the impact of your decisions on the territory performance as measured by revenue, renewal and Net Promoter Score performance.8. Excellent communication and presentation skills;9. Strong organizational and reporting skills.10. May require local or overnight business travel up to 25%.11.
