A LITTLE BIT ABOUT US...
In 2011 SkySlope started out in the third bedroom of our CEO’s house with just him and two others. Every year since then we’ve experienced insane growth and after growing out of our previous 3 offices we have now settled into our new home in downtown Sacramento only two blocks away from the new arena and right in the heart of the action. The team has now grown from the original 3 to over 90 and our new space allows for us to aggressively move towards our goal of being 200 strong by the end of 2017.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're seeking a Real Estate Coordinator who will provide white glove service to our clients and assist agents/brokers in the processing of their real estate files by working to gather all information necessary to thoroughly and properly complete all contractual items.

You multi task like a pro: The thought of managing 50+ files while working with multiple clients at the same time seems like a walk in the park and makes you excited to come to work everyday.
You know everything needed to be done yesterday: Your constantly pushing the envelope when it comes to streamlining the transaction coordination process and making it as quick and efficient as possible.
You have a keen sense of detail: You know that the smallest detail can't go overlooked and you pride yourself on never letting anything slip through the cracks.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
The Real Estate Coordinator is expected to handle between 40-50 open and pending transactions at the same time by managing/maintaining files including, but not limited to:
EMD (earnest money deposit)
SDD (seller’s disclosure)
ROC (removal of contingency on inspection)
Bulk Disclosure forms
The Real Estate Coordinator adheres to all service level agreements associated with each individual transaction including, but not limited to:
First email correspondence being received by the agent/broker within first hour of order
Sending important document reminders to agents/brokers no later than 72 hours before the documents due date
Initiating new files in SkySlope by the end of business day that the order is placed
Performing 7,5, and 3 days til close of escrow file audits
The Real Estate Coordinator is expected to operate within industry compliance standards and best practices at all time
Real estate transaction coordination experience is highly preferred
High School Diploma
