Job Description:

The Payments Compliance Analyst : · Reviews certain types of compliance screens such as sanctions screening and know your customer screening as well as potentially reviews and monitors transactions/activities to determine whether potential suspicious activity exists · Analyzes customer relationships, documentation, activity patterns and transactions to detect potential suspicious activity through the monitoring systems to identify potential regulatory or terms of service violations by customer o Specifically when items have been identified to potentially be outside of expected norms, escalates cases requiring further investigation to management Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree OR High school diploma/GED and minimum of 6 months professional experience in compliance, fraud or risk analysis Preferred Qualifications:

Professional experience in finance Professional Skill Requirements :

Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Superior analytical and investigative skills combined with ability to navigate through ambiguity in a fast pace, dynamic environment

Willingness to learn new process

Results driven and detail oriented

Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills in a professional setting (either military or civilian)

Willingness to work with sensitive, adult and controversial content
