Overview of Job Function:
The Business Consultant - Strategic Partnership is responsible for providing our customers and partners consulting and best practice guidance with regard to the Verint Cyber industry practices and solutions. The Business Consultant is a member of the Verint Business Development team and is responsible for working with the customer to define a customer’s current processes and partner with customers to identify opportunities for improvement and provide leading practice guidance with regard to the Verint Cyber Solutions industry practices. . The Business Consultant will actively participate with customer senior leadership and project teams and must collaborate with the Verint project managers, product house, and sales as they do discovery and transition knowledge.
They are also responsible helping to identify new opportunities and providing specific services for partners and customers. The Business Consultant is responsible for mentoring and supporting their colleagues, as well as, collaborating with other areas of Verint as subject matter experts. This position can be based remotely.
Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:
Deliver consultancy and Subject Matter Expertise for partners and customers.
Development of communication and education to meet the needs of our customers in collaboration with other department within Verint and promote higher utilization of our products, improve customer satisfaction and help position new products within the accounts. This includes organizing discovery meetings, facilitating discussion around business requirements and conducting operational assessments.
Drive an on-going knowledge gathering exercise with the ultimate aim of securing additional business within the current customer base and expanding on a referable client base.
Serve as a role model; mentoring the team through transferring skills/knowledge.
At least 8 years recent in depth Cyber Solutions experience either as a member of a sales team, account executive or pre-sales engineer.
An in depth understanding of the business benefits and technical implications of Cyber Solutions.
Have a proven methodology and approach to consulting and quality practices
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, fluent in English and Spanish
Self motivated and a team player
Be able to present well to people/teams at all levels in an organization
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks to completion with minimal supervision
Proven ability to gain consensus of others, proven leadership skills
Ability to build relationships at all levels
Good interpersonal skills
Travel expectations are 50%
Successful completion of a background check screening process including, but not limited to employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC and Social Security verification.
