Oracle Project Manager 4 - Ops in Rocklin, California

Performs non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery.

Develops project plans and coordinates cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Prefer 8 years of project management or related experience.

Position Overview/Job Requirements:



o Advocating repeatable and consistent set of core processes across allSoftware/Hardware Support Delivery business units within region

o Assisting location/center quality advocates with internal assessments/reviewsand serve as the assessment guide/ practitioner for external assessments

o Follow-up and documentation for all internal/external assessments withinregion

o Creating the internal/external assessment plans/participants selectionfor the region

o Initiating and communicating the focus and scope of the assessment to theassessment participants and stakeholders within region

o Review and approve of the proposed corrective and preventive action forregion (internal and external)

o Conducting the closing meeting and presenting the closing meeting reporton assessments conducted within the region

o Prevent and resolve conflicts

o Prepare and complete the assessment report

o Collaborate with Quality Teamwhere processes may differ due to business unit

Job duties are varied and routine innature utilizing independent judgment. Attention to detail is critical. Abilityto collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format required. Follow-through skills, relationship management, strong written and verbalcommunication skills required.
