This position will provide oversight to the after-hours LVNs on-call for the home health and hospice agencies in the GSSA. These on-call positions provide flexibility for those individuals seeking family/work-life balance as well as provide an exciting opportunity to work for Dignity Health’s expanding home health and hospice agencies in the process of expansion within the GSSA.

The incumbent provides care, treatment and service to Hospice patients and their families in their place of residence. Functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team.

Current California RN license
Current California driver's license, possession of automobile insurance, access to an operating motor vehicle
Current BLS card from the American Heart Association
At least 1 year hospice nursing experience within the previous 3 years
- BSN degree, Public Health certificate and/or CHPN certificate
